Salon Policies and Guidelines

1.** Solo Visits**

To optimize our limited space, we kindly request that clients attend appointments alone. We also appreciate your understanding that children are not allowed.

2.**Health Precautions**

If you're experiencing any illness symptoms (e.g.,cold or allergies), a mask is mandatory. Clients with covid or flu symptoms are requested to reschedule.

3.**Soak Offs**

Soak offs are available for $20. Please include this service as an add-on when booking your appointment.

4.**Deposit Requirement**

A non-refunable deposit is required, contributing to your service payment at checkout. Please note our 48-hour rescheduling policy; rescheduling within 48 hour result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. **Late Arrival**

A 15 min grace period is allowed for lateness. Beyond this, you risk losing your deposit, and continuation depends on the technician's discretion. 

6. **No Text/No Show Policy**

Non-compliance with text/no-show policies will result in being blocked from future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.

7. **Transaction Fees**

Debit and credit card transactions incur a 3% fee. Cash or Zelle payments are exempt from fees.
